Rural Projects studios are housed in a converted 1950s era 10,000 sq foot chicken coop. The live/work studio is a 1000 sq foot space with 12 - 14 foot ceilings. Three west facing windows, skylight, and lofted bedroom. Direct access to private outside space. Weekend rate ($250); weekly rate ($300), 1 - 3 months ($1000 pcm) or longer term (negotiable).
Amenities: outdoor shower, shared kitchen, shared full bathroom, shared workshop with tools (2000 sq ft), outdoor space. Sharing ok, dogs ok (sorry no cats), ample off street parking. Zero light or sound pollution. Furnished with mattress, sofa bed, armchair, sofa, shelves, studio desk, studio tables. Concrete floor with radiant floor heating.
Additional 500 square foot studio available for an extra $100 per week.
