Lab 1 and Lab 2 are bright, airy, art studios at Rural Projects. Additionally there is a live/work studio with a lofted bedroom and studio skylight. RP is 15 miles south of Hudson on County Rte. 11 (off Rte. 82) in Gallatin, Columbia County, NY.

Lab 1 - available summer 2018
Lab 1 in the Rural Projects building is a 550 sq foot corner studio with 12 foot ceilings. It has two north facing square windows and an East facing large sliding glass doors. The studio opens out into a large communal workshop with a variety of wood and metal working tools.
Amenities: Shared Kitchen, shared full bathroom, shared workshop, outdoor space.
Sharing ok, pets ok, ample off street parking, zero light or sound pollution, plywood backed walls, wooden floor.
6+ month lease preferred, but will consider shorter term occupancy.
$150 per week; two weeks deposit required.
Lab 2 - available summer 2018
Lab 2 in the Rural Projects building is a 400 sq foot corner studio with 8 foot ceilings. It has four west facing windows and plenty of wall space. The studio opens out into a large communal workshop with a variety of wood and metal working tools.
Amenities: Shared Kitchen, shared full bathroom, shared workshop, outdoor space.
Sharing ok, pets ok, ample off street parking, zero light or sound pollution, plywood backed walls, wooden floor.
6+ month lease preferred, but will consider shorter term occupancy.
$125 per week; two weeks deposit required.
Live/work studio - fall/winter rental: available Oct. 1
The live/work studio in the Rural Projects building is a 1000 sq foot space with studio with 12 - 14 foot ceilings. It has three west facing windows, skylight, and lofted bedroom.
Amenities: Shared Kitchen, shared full bathroom, shared workshop, outdoor space.
Sharing ok, pets ok, ample off street parking, zero light or sound pollution, plywood backed walls, wooden floor.
6+ month lease preferred, available October 1. Short term occupancy also considered.
$250 per week; two weeks deposit required.
